This is an example of a Blog Topic, which was posted by a Blogger (someone who has registered to post articles to your site). You set the taxonomy (or types) of topics to be discussed, Bloggers write their articles, and manage their own blogger pages....and others may post Replies to these Blogs (or Blog Topics). The rules over editorial review (of the blogs or the postings) is up to you.
